A "silver" debut for Feudo Antico, the first producer of Tullum Doc, the smallest Doc in the world. Tullum Doc White 2008 has received the silver medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards, one of the most important international wine contests in the world.
This award is not only a recognition for the Tollo-based Abruzzo company which produces it, but has also helped to enhance the reputation of the excellent products of this region at an international level. Feudo Antico have successfully achieved their objective of exporting the smallest area of Denomination of controlled origin in Italy.
he Tullum denomination of origin uses the most distinguished vines and the strictest production regulations, taking advantage of the enological traditions of the area going back to Roman times. These principles, applied to the best vineyards in the Tollo area, are the reasons behind the creation of such fine modern wines as Tullum Pecorino Doc, Tullum Passerina Doc, Tullum Red and Tullum White.
Only a year after its launch on the market Doc Tullum, thanks to Feudo Antico, has shown itself to be a winner in giving value to the "terroir" of the Tollo area: a perfect mix of tradition and innovation never seen before in the Aruzzo region.
